JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission
in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
6+ years
of substantive experience in
labor and employment law
and/or
complex litigation
Strong knowledge of
federal and state
labor and employment laws
Experience providing advice on
workplace law
issues, including
wage and hour compliance ,
employee relations ,
risk mitigation ,
employment agreements ,
reductions in force ,
ADA
and
workplace accommodations , and
employment-related policies
Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and analytical reasoning
Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions
Commitment to collaboration, professionalism, and superior client service
Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel to employers on all aspects of workplace law, including compliance, policies, and risk mitigation strategies
Support and manage litigation matters involving employment disputes, wage and hour claims, discrimination, and wrongful termination
Advise on employment-related issues arising in corporate transactions, including due diligence and integration planning
Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and internal policies
Represent clients before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels
Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging labor and employment law developments
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver integrated client service

Compensation
Base Salary:
$390,000+ annually, as determined by experience and market factors
