What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the technical bridge between Sales Representatives and prospects, ensuring effective communication of technical solutions

Manage and deliver technical information to customers onsite, online, and via telephone to drive satisfaction

Lead and scope customer pilots and Proof of Concepts to demonstrate software capabilities

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to align technical solutions with customer needs

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business outcomes and create tailored solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

7+ years of presales experience in a technical role

3+ years of experience managing large, strategic, and complex deals

Expertise in web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and SaaS applications

Proven success in engaging and leading virtual teams to achieve successful outcomesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise-class software solutions

Experience selling or leading enterprise‑grade digital transformation projects

Awareness of CCaaS and peripheral technologies

Certification in moderating Design Based Thinking sessions

Domain expertise in specific industries
