What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the technical bridge between sales Account Executives and prospects, driving customer satisfaction
Demonstrate the technical merits and business value of software solutions to C-level and director-level executives
Manage and execute customer pilots and Proofs of Concept, defining success criteria and timelines
Provide technical information to customers through onsite visits, online meetings, and virtual engagements
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to enhance customer experience and solution offerings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience
Proven experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions
Willingness to travel up to 40%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in contact center environments or selling contact center solutions
Knowledge of vertical industries such as Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare
Previous consulting experience in implementing enterprise-class software solutions
Familiarity with Customer Service Software, ITSM, and Artificial Intelligence solutions
Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Challenger) and B2B software selling experience
