Logistics Business Development Representative (Remote) Job Type:

Full-time; Remote

Responsibilities:

Identify companies in key verticals (aerospace, building materials, manufacturing, etc.) that align with the company’s service profile.

Use email, LinkedIn, and phone to connect with logistics decision‑makers — from shipping managers to supply chain directors.

Understand the customer’s freight profile, pain points, and technology needs to determine potential fit.

Schedule and prepare qualified meetings for Account Executives; participate in early conversations to ensure a seamless handoff.

Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM (Salesdash) and use AI‑enabled tools, dashboards, and analytics to refine outreach.

Provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and vertical‑specific insights that improve lead generation.

Own your daily metrics — outreach volume, connect rate, meetings booked, and qualified leads.

Experience:

Driven to grow into a full‑cycle sales or account management role within 12–24 months.

Prior experience in logistics, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus.

Energized by connecting with new people and learning their business.

Skilled at written and verbal communication: clear, concise, and human.

Comfortable with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools.

Naturally curious, articulate, and resilient.

This position offers a competitive base salary.
