About The Role Senior Product Manager As a Senior Product Manager, you will support and drive Machine Learning (ML) initiatives across our organization. You will act as a strategic connector, ensuring ML-powered capabilities are successfully integrated into core product experiences. You will work closely with ML engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to evangelize ML opportunities, prioritize impact-driven projects, and drive execution. Success in this role requires a high degree of influence, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to navigate a matrixed environment. The base pay range for this position is $156,000 - $214,500 per year

Champion ML-driven opportunities by identifying high-impact use cases and effectively communicating their business value across the organization.
Translate ML capabilities into product opportunities, partnering with other PMs to align ML initiatives with broader product strategies.
Serve as the primary advocate for ML projects, educating stakeholders on feasibility, potential outcomes, and tradeoffs
Partner closely with ML engineers to define problem spaces, clarify scope, and drive structured ML product discovery.
Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to integrate ML capabilities across patient and provider facing experiences.
Ensure ML initiatives are prioritized effectively, proactively managing dependencies and aligning resources across teams.
Drive clear execution plans, balancing technical feasibility, business needs, and user impact.
Author clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that translate ML insights into business-aligned product roadmaps.
Collaborate with ML engineers and product analysts to define and track success metrics, ensuring ML-powered features deliver measurable business and user value.
Own the end-to-end ML implementation lifecycle, from experimentation and validation to production deployment and continuous iteration.
Communicate project outcomes effectively, synthesizing technical impact analyses into business insights for senior leadership.
What you bring to the role
5+ years of Product Management experience, including direct work with Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science products.
Proven track record of successfully launching ML-powered features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, particularly in highly matrixed organizations.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Experience in data-driven product development, including defining KPIs and measuring ML impact.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Bonus points
Experience working directly with Machine Learning engineers, data scientists, and data engineering teams.
Familiarity with Machine Learning methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and model deployment considerations.
Hands-on analytical skills with SQL, Looker, or data visualization tools to inform product decisions.
