About the Role:
You’ll begin on the candidate side, learning how to identify and engage top talent before transitioning into a 360 consultant role where you’ll manage client relationships and drive your own revenue.
Key Responsibilities Candidate Delivery (First 6 months):
Find and connect with potential candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals.
Conduct phone calls to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications.
Build and manage candidate relationships, understanding their motivations and career goals.
Learn and maintain the recruitment process/pipeline with candidates.
Work alongside experienced consultants to deliver on active roles.
Understand client requirements and match them to the right candidates.
Business Development & 360 Recruitment (Post 6 months):
Target and engage potential clients within CRM, ERP or data.
Build long‑term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Pitch recruitment services and negotiate commercial terms.
Own the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to final placement.

What We Offer
Quarterly Pay Increases:
2.5% salary bump when targets are met each quarter (this is also uncapped).
Structured Training:
Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing mentorship from experienced consultants as well as managers and the CEO.
Career Progression:
Clear, performance‑based promotion paths (some recent consultants have been promoted within 3 months).
Incentives:
Monthly, quarterly, and annual prizes, including international trips (Ibiza, Dubai, Brazil).
Time Off:
15 PTO days + your birthday off in Year 1 (increases to 24 days in Year 2).
