Proven ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and prevent disruptions.
MRP & Inventory Management
Managed and maintained critical MRP data within the purchasing software, updating item lot sizing, order multiples, and other key parameters to drive accurate MRP recommendations.
Analyzed MRP output to schedule incoming receipts and define purchasing and transfer needs, ensuring material availability to meet production or sales demand.
Adjusted purchasing transactions such as expected receipt dates and lead times in response to supply chain issues and vendor performance, mitigating the risk of stockouts.
