Position: Aggregate Foreman Box Elder County
Overview Kilgore, a Summit Materials company, is looking for a Foreman to support our Box Elder County pit in our Aggregates division. This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to multiple hourly teammates engaged in safe, daily plant operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and direct operations in coordination with the Plant Manager and Operations coordinator.
Review daily equipment inspection reports and respond accordingly.
Monitor all plant personnel to ensure training, safety, production, and staffing needs are met.
Complete daily production, safety, and maintenance reports accurately.
Maintain product quality.
Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established.
Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
Valid driver’s license required.
MSHA certification.
1–2 years of previous quarry/mining experience preferred.
Experience with crushing operations (jaws, cones, impact crushers, wash plants).
2 or more years of experience in plant maintenance/preventive maintenance.
Experience leading a team.
Experience with Microsoft platforms (Power BI, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
