About The Role Total Wine & More are seeking a

Manager, HRIS Analytics & Data Infrastructure

to join our HR team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role will lead backend initiatives that enable advanced HR analytics. It is pivotal in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers automated dashboards, scorecards, and data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. The HRIS Manager designs and provisions HR data tables within the enterprise Data Warehouse, supports integration with Power BI dashboards, collaborates with IT and HR stakeholders, and delivers key projects on the HRIS roadmap. Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR Operations, HRIS & Analytics.

You Will

Design, build, and maintain HR data tables in the Data Warehouse to support current and future analytics use cases.

Create datasets that enable automated, real‑time HR dashboards and scorecards in Power BI.

Collaborate with IT, HRIS, and analytics teams on data architecture, governance, and system integrations.

Partner with the Sr. Director of HRIS & Analytics to execute initiatives aligned with the HRIS roadmap.

Translate business needs into technical requirements, delivering scalable, actionable analytics solutions.

Lead adoption efforts to automate HR dashboards and reporting in Power BI.

Develop and maintain HR SOPs to document system updates.

Manage and execute multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of data solutions.

You Will Come With

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

5-8 years of experience in an HRIS (e.g., Workday) role or progressive analytical role, preferably in HR.

Ability to manage backend infrastructure supporting HR Analytics.

Strong project and process management skills.

Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.

Deep analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Experience with enterprise Data Warehouse platforms.

Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
