We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. WHO WE ARE: STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups. STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government\'s competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem. The Channel\'s founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related program management activities. Oversee a team of instructors, analysts, and support personnel to deliver comprehensive force development training support. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on schedule and within scope. Training & Curriculum Development: Design, develop, deliver, and sustain training programs and curricula that equip expeditionary Sailors with essential tactical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Support instructional delivery of both basic and advanced force combatives and tactical training. Doctrine & Capability Gap Analysis: Analyze and assess current tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs), and doctrine to identify training shortfalls and capability gaps. Recommend innovative solutions to improve future force effectiveness and survivability in high-threat environments. Readiness & Competency Integration: Develop training strategies that enable Navy personnel to attain joint competency standards and seamlessly integrate into joint operational environments. Conduct gap analyses on force development and readiness to identify and resolve training and skill deficiencies. Operational Coordination & Alignment: Ensure training programs and initiatives align with NECC’s operational goals and mission requirements. Maintain regular communication with NECC and component commands to synchronize force development activities. Performance Metrics & Assessment: Implement data-driven methods to evaluate training effectiveness and readiness outcomes. Produce actionable recommendations for improving training strategies, based on collected performance and capability data. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, Training Development, Military Science, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential highly desirable. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing complex defense training or force development programs. Demonstrated experience in military training environments, including curriculum development and tactical instruction. Familiarity with Navy or Joint service training standards, doctrine, and operational planning. Proven ability to conduct capability gap analyses and readiness assessments. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills. Proficiency in using project management and training assessment tools.
