Position Details: Part-Time/Full-Time – Entry Level. Team Objective: Pyramid Foods is dedicated to supporting local communities and providing quality food and service at the best prices. In this role, you will help provide outstanding service in a friendly, flexible environment, empower associates, and solve problems through critical thinking. You will also assist the Store Office Manager and fulfill their duties in their absence. Daily Operations: Providing exceptional service to all customers Gaining knowledge of the Office Manager position through training and staying updated on policies Training team members on cashier policies, mentoring, and coaching under the Store Office Manager's guidance Maintaining store-level accounting functions, including settling tills, preparing deposits, and monitoring cashiers Assisting in other areas as needed Company Standards: Communicating with management and staying informed on company policies and training procedures Maintaining records in compliance with regulations and policies Adhering to dress code and name tag policies Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally and exert 25-60 lbs of force frequently. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand, move between workstations, and work on slippery floors. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items, and use knives and sharp instruments is required.
