Part Time/Full Time – Entry Level.

Your leadership role involves empowering associates and solving problems through critical thinking. You will also assist the Store Office Manager and cover their duties in their absence.
Daily Operations
Providing exceptional service to all customers
Gaining knowledge of the Office Manager position through training and updates on policies
Training team members on cashier policies, mentoring, and coaching under the Store Office Manager's guidance
Maintaining accounting functions such as settling tills, preparing deposits, handling tills, monitoring cashiers, and answering phones
Assisting in other areas as needed
Company Standards
Communicating with management and staying updated on company policies and training procedures
Maintaining records compliant with regulations and policies
Adhering to company policies, including dress code and name tags
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 60 lbs., exert force of 25-60 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as standing, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to use knives and sharp instruments safely. This is medium work requiring good vision, hearing, and physical stamina, including working on potentially slippery floors.
