Project Coordinator (San Francisco) As a

Project Coordinator , you will play a key supporting role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of our operations. Your focus will be on coordinating workflows, keeping Jira boards up to date, and ensuring communication flows seamlessly across teams. This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented position – ideal for someone who enjoys organizing processes, solving small problems before they grow, and helping teams stay on track. This is

not a Project Manager position , but rather an

operational support role

with a focus on coordination and execution. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with multiple teams based in San Francisco and Lisbon.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track daily operational tasks across teams.

Manage and update Jira boards, dashboards, and reports to reflect accurate status of tasks.

Monitor workstreams, follow up on task progress, and help ensure deadlines are met.

Organize documentation and maintain workflows for easy team access.

Assist with preparing internal reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Identify bottlenecks or blockers early and help facilitate solutions.

Suggest small improvements to workflows and coordination processes.

Requirements

Around 2–4 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative support role.

High proficiency in Jira, including setting up dashboards, filters, and simple automations.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively across teams.
