We are seeking an experienced and driven
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through customized logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across air, ocean, and ground freight forwarding services.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new accounts and grow existing ones.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and pricing) to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong understanding of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and industry trends.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of B2B sales experience
in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation (air/ocean/ground).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong knowledge of international trade, logistics processes, and global supply chain solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
