Overview In the digital economy, upgrading outdated processes, systems, and information is vital. As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you will play a leading role in delivering competitive solutions that help clients overcome major business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.

Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.

Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.

Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.

Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB process implementations.

Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.

Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs.

Travel as necessary to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.

2‑4 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

At least two of the following certifications: Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.

3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Willingness to travel.

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.

Performance analytics and reporting experience.

Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Benefits

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $102,500 to $187,900 (US wide). Higher ranges apply to specific metro areas.
