ServiceNow - IT Operations Management (ITOM) Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting - Open Location Join EY as a ServiceNow Senior Consultant and help clients transform their IT operations. This is a client‑visible role that combines leadership, consulting, and hands‑on ServiceNow expertise.

Anywhere in Country

Opportunity You will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, build productivity through design, configuration, development and deployment, and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop user interfaces for mobile, web and tablet platforms.

Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.

Act as a workstream lead across all phases of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project.

Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team (3‑5 resources).

Guide clients on best practices and process integration.

Lead requirement workshops and design sessions.

Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets and risk logs.

Deliver high‑quality project artifacts and documentation.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB and CMDB integration experience.

Leadership experience with offshore resources.

Expertise in ServiceNow process and technology transformation.

Strategic thinking around people, process, and technology.

Facilitation skills for client workshops.

Proficiency in both waterfall and agile environments.

To Qualify for the Role

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.

2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications, such as:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management

ServiceOn Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping

3+ years at a Big‑4 or equivalent consulting firm.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience leading and supervising teams.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.

Performance analytics and reporting experience.

Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
