Head of Operations
to lead and optimize the operational performance of our multi‑site plastic surgery clinic network. This role is critical for driving scalability, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a world‑class patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
healthcare operations , preferably within
plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine , and a strong ability to design and implement processes that support growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute operational strategies to support clinic expansion and scalability.
Align operational goals with overall business objectives and growth targets.
Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows across all sites.
Standardize protocols for scheduling, patient intake, surgical coordination, and post‑op care.
Multi‑Site Management:
Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple clinics, ensuring consistency in quality and compliance.
Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with finance to manage budgets, optimize cost structures, and improve profitability.
Ensure efficient utilization of staff, equipment, and facilities.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
Drive continuous improvement in patient care and operational excellence.
Recruit, train, and mentor clinic managers and operational staff.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Key Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 7+ years in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine.
Proven success in multi‑site management and scaling operations.
Skills:
Expertise in process optimization, workflow design, and operational efficiency.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
