This position is responsible for managing a regional territory of Cash Management Relationship Managers and Relationship Consultants, working to develop new and existing Deposits and Cash Management business. The role requires a strong ability to hire, develop, coach and hold accountable a team of high performing salespeople that generate new Deposits and revenue by utilizing a Client Engagement and Working Capital selling process. The goal is to create a differentiated client experience that attracts new clients, deepens relationships, and drives growth effectively and efficiently. You will empower and align the sales organization with the knowledge, skills, tools, and processes to accelerate their sales productivity. With ability to develop team to cross pollinate referrals amongst the business units. This role also requires frequent client and prospect interaction, as well as a close partnership with lenders and division leaders. This position will be required to use the Client Engagement process to grow and track the team’s existing portfolio and source new business, as well as, achieve annual sales production, new Deposit, and revenue goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Drive the Relationship Managers and Relationship Consultants to partner effectively with Lenders to grow deposits, pipeline, revenue and close business. Provide Cash Management support and leadership to lenders and divisions within their territory. Lead relationship managers and business development representatives, to create a high performing team and successfully lead initiatives, projects and activities that support departmental and organizational goals. Manage all sales reporting, Business Pipeline, and monthly expense reports for the team. Complete annual performance plans and reviews for team members. Achieve team sales goals by implementing effective sales action plans. Achieve and maintain assigned pipeline requirements. Set proper expectations, measure results, and communicate rewards and consequences of performance. Engage in frequent coaching sessions to improve overall sales performance. Clearly communicate Relationship Managers and Relationship Consultants responsibilities with line of business and service partners. Serve as a subject matter expert in sales process and methodology. Provide thought leadership in the domain of enablement methods and delivery systems to drive innovation, best practices, and operational excellence. Lead, coach and manage the individual and team to leverage partnerships, deepen existing relationships, acquire new relationships, and retain clients. Continue to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence and the mentoring of staff to achieve their professional goals and aspirations. Coach, mentor, identify, support and manage team to reach overall new sales revenues. Owner of CRM/Salesforce engagement by team in alignment with sales process and incentive plan. QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of Cash Management Sales or related experience. 5+ years of sales coaching experience. A leader with proven track record of successful sales management (including performance based), team development and coaching. Ability to source, interview, and onboard new talent. Experience with cloud-based CRM like Salesforce.com is preferred. Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, learning management systems, and content management platforms. Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree preferred. Ability to exercise assertive leadership in markets to drive results. Strong understanding of sales process, Client Engagement approach, and working capital management practices. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills including presenting to large audiences. Ability to take ownership, implement, and execute CM business strategy. Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions. Proficiency in Cash Management and Payments Solutions. Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
