Springs Window Fashions is hiring for a Corporate Accounting Manager based in our Madison, WI area Corporate Headquarters. This is an on-site role with a hybrid work schedule; fully remote is not an option. The successful candidate is expected to be in the company HQ every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

We market products across various brands including Bali, Graber, SunSetter, and Mecho, and are committed to providing the best experience for our consumers, channel partners, and associates.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany eliminations, etc.

Coordinate with corporate, business units, and management to ensure accurate transaction recording and financial reporting.

Partner with finance teams domestically and globally, including subsidiaries, to ensure timely close activities.

Manage communication with outsourced tax functions and ensure compliance.

Oversee insurance policies, claims, and coverage in line with risk management goals.

Ensure transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with GAAP.

Lead, build, and mentor the accounting team.

Manage cash flow, including forecasting and liquidity monitoring.

Perform analytical reviews and address accounting issues promptly.

Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with controls.

Lead month-end financial reviews and optimize reporting systems.

Support acquisitions and integrations as needed.

Conduct accounting research and participate in special projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.

Minimum 7 years of progressive experience, ideally with a mix of public and corporate accounting.

Experience with large, multi-entity organizations; manufacturing and international experience preferred.

Strong technical accounting knowledge, SEC reporting or audit experience preferred.

At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; ERP system experience a plus.

Problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.

The annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $145,000, with potential bonuses up to 15%. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.
