The Windfall is partnering with a Tech Firm that is seeking to hire a Biz Ops/Executive Assistant/Operations Partner. You will be supporting the Founder/CEO as a true extension of him. This role is meant to maximize the leverage of the founder and team. If successful, this person will multiply execution capacity across every dimension of the business, by freeing up their principals to focus on their respective zones of genius. It’s a mix of EA, operations, and light chief-of-staff functions; ideal for someone who’s exceptionally sharp, hungry, and operationally gifted. The right person will naturally expand beyond execution into orchestration. That means learning the business, anticipating needs, and eventually managing systems, not just individual tasks. This role is designed to scale into a Chief-of-Staff-adjacent track, with exposure to product, GTM, and leadership rhythms. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in office when needed. This opportunity requires a 24/7 tech startup VC understanding and mindset. Responsibilities

Manage multiple inboxes (Gmail, LinkedIn) and draft replies using SOPs and tone guidelines. Maintain calendar precision, handle scheduling for customers, investors, and internal meetings. Send gifts, support network favors on behalf of the founder. Coordinate with vendors (photographers, videographers, event planners) for executive dinners and company gatherings. Maintain polished, professional communication on behalf of the founder and team. Track ongoing projects, maintain task boards, document workflows, and close loops proactively. Handle expense tracking, scheduling logistics, and follow-ups without needing reminders. Maintain spotless documentation, structured naming conventions and shared resources. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and traditional research to identify vendors, partners or best practices. Summarize results in concise table and recommendations, not raw output. Synthesize information for decision making. Support GTM execution: meeting follow-ups, CRM hygiene (HubSpot), lead tracking, customer coordination. Support recruiting and talent operations: manage ATS (Ashby), scheduling, communication. Serve as first-line customer/community liaison in Slack channels, routing issues and ensuring closure. Build or maintain lightweight automations (Zapier, Make, Slack workflows). Integrate AI tools into daily operations to eliminate manual steps. Requirements

1+ years of experience in operations, EA, customer success or project coordination Prior exposure to high-velocity of founder-driven environments preferred Highly proficient in modern tools: Google Suite, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Ashby, Zapier, ChatGPT/AI tool Demonstrated examples of taking ownership beyond job scope Bachelor Degree required PACKAGE
