Operate as a technical expert on infrastructure projects related to Network Infrastructure. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot network technologies such as wireless, routing, switching, load balancers, and firewalls. Analyze and improve the quality of IT services. Participate in technology evaluations and stay updated on industry standards. Lead initiatives to enhance network efficiency, reduce downtime, and support scalability. Provide training and mentorship to offshore support teams. Participate in on-call rotations to maintain network reliability. Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in IT or Computer Science. 8+ years managing Campus and Datacenter Networks, Security, and Infrastructure. Extensive experience with Wi-Fi solutions, perimeter security, and tools like Cisco ISE, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs. Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, and related technologies. Strong understanding of networking protocols and services. Familiarity with support tools such as Visio, Jira, Grafana, etc. Preferred: AWS, F5, Palo Alto, SD-WAN experience.
