Basic Requirements:
This position has a positive Education Requirement in addition to at least one year of Specialized Experience or substitution of education for experience or a combination (if applicable) to be considered minimally qualified. Transcripts must be submitted with your application package. To qualify at the GS-11 grade level:
In addition to basic requirements, applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in federal service. Examples include performing the full range of acquisition functions (pre-award, award, post-award) to procure supplies, equipment, and services. Duties include analyzing procurement requests, recommending changes to statements of work or specifications, determining contract type and procurement plan, coordinating procurement aspects, developing contractual documents, conducting negotiations, analyzing bids/proposals, and monitoring contracts. National Service Experience (volunteer work through programs like Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) is credited as relevant experience. Current or former political appointees must disclose their status as per OPM regulations. About the company
