Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Product Development role located in Melville, NY at Absolute New York. The Product Development team is responsible for market research, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, research and development (R&D), and product management to create innovative beauty products that resonate with customers.
Qualifications
Market Research and Analytical Skills.
Develop new products and conduct testing and research on existing products.
Determine product specifications and conduct market research and analysis based on trends.
Manage the entire process from product development to launch.
Maintain effective communication with vendors.
Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
Strong data analysis and management skills required.
Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Product Development, or Business.
