Human Resources Director
General HR Duties:
Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
Employee relations
On-boarding
Compliance
Payroll Duties:
Time and Attendance entry
Payroll Register Audit and Review
Understand Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll
Recruiting Duties:
Responsible for full cycle recruitment
Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department
Manage the job postings process
Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct phone and office interviews
Understand HR policy and practices, benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
Healthcare experience required
2 years of HR management experience, including recruiting experience, required
2 years payroll processing experience required
Must have strong knowledge of Federal and TN employment laws and regulations
Staffing coordination experience preferred
Salary:
$65k-$70k depending on experience in long-term care (Must have nursing home experience). An Equal Opportunity Employer
