Your Role
Our loan analysts are critical to our mission of delivering seamless, fast closings to our borrowers. You will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and organizing all borrower documentation required to submit files to underwriting. You will serve as a key liaison between borrowers, originations associates, and the capital markets team to ensure smooth deal progression toward closing. You will work on a high volume of transactions across various loan products, including fix and flip, bridge, and construction loans. Your speed, attention to detail, and communication skills will directly impact our reputation and repeat business. Who We're Looking For
You are process-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
You take pride in executing your files promptly and accurately. You are responsive and proactive.
You follow up with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties without needing reminders. You are a good communicator.
Managing multiple stakeholders and moving parts requires clear communication of timelines and action items. You are personable and hardworking.
As a small company, every team member is vital. We value capable, kind individuals who are eager to grow with us. Nice-to-haves:
1-3 years
