Role Overview Were looking for a driven Loan Officer whos excited about unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships in the real estate investment space. This is a commission-only position with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure. Youll be responsible for sourcing and originating deals, managing borrower relationships, and working closely with our team to deliver a fast, frictionless financing experience from quote to close.
What Youll Do Originate loans for fix-and-flip, bridge, and new construction projects Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers throughout the process Collect documentation and assist in preparing loan files for underwriting Build and manage a pipeline of real estate investors, builders, and developers Track market trends and stay ahead of client needs Collaborate with our internal operations team to ensure fast closings
What Were Looking For Experience in real estate, lending, mortgage, or sales Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to analyze deals, assess risk, and structure smart loans Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven work ethic Comfortable working independently and owning your results
Compensation This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings. Our structure is designed to reward performance, not seniority
