Position Summary Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a BSS Solution Architect, with experience in the full life-cycle for Telco solutions. This role will be the SME representing Netcracker in front of our customers. This position may also involve solution delivery activities as well as Pre-Sales. Role And Responsibilities Define end-to-end architecture of the Netcracker customer solution. Ensure that the selected solution architecture and development approach fit the budget and time constraints. Work with multiple Account Executives to support opportunity qualification process. Deliver technical presentations to prospective customers and partners, leveraging industry knowledge and NetCracker solutions. Prepare technical responses to RFPs and RFIs. Develop product demonstrations, including specifications, testing, and delivery. Drive high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations. Demonstrate advanced Netcracker product concepts. Assist account teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent Netcracker as a Subject Matter Expert in the industry. Travel to customer sites worldwide. Required Experience 5+ years of experience working at a Telco or SI vendor with strong technical knowledge of BSS solutions. Knowledge across domains like Channels, CRM, Order Entry/CPQ, Product Catalog, Customer Care, Order Management, Provisioning, Resource Management, Billing/Charging/Mediation/Collections for both consumer and B2B products & services. Experience in solution delivery for Telecom/Communications Service Providers in relevant domain areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strategic and analytical capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively to solve complex technical problems. Professional interaction with customers at all organizational levels. Deep understanding of the global telecommunications marketplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
