About the Role We are seeking a

Senior Project Manager , overseeing high‑end custom homes ranging from $1.5M to $15M. This is a senior‑level role responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with the company leadership and an Assistant Project Manager to execute projects from estimate to closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Estimate, plan, and execute projects while coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Oversee project schedules, submittals, RFIs, and procurement processes.

Maintain strong communication with clients and field teams, ensuring seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.

Mentor and collaborate with assistant project managers and field personnel.

Ensure all projects adhere to local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including project processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in high‑end custom home construction, preferably with luxury residential projects.

Strong field knowledge and hands‑on construction experience.

Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar projects with exceptional quality.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

Ability to multitask and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Professional, presentable, and client‑focused demeanor.
