Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a pivotal role that supports the transition to our Clients and Industries operating model across both industry and function, extending from Global to Regions. This position will play a key role in the strategy, design, and execution of the Global Sector. Part of the Clients & Industries global team, you will collaborate closely with the Regions, valuing their insights and expertise to drive meaningful change and ensure our operating model aligns with strategic objectives and enhances service delivery to clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
Connect and collaborate: act as the glue driving close connectivity and collaboration across the Sector, Super Region (SR), and Service Line (SL) teams; cultivate community engagement with GCSPs and support client demand and buy‑in of prioritized accounts.
Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: work closely with GCSPs to drive solutions and campaigns that fuel growth, converting opportunities to wins for replication by strengthening relationships with SL and Region Account/Pursuit teams.
Facilitate and drive execution: shape the vision and ambition for the Sector with the Global Sector Leader (GSL), SR Sector Leaders, and SL representatives; support sector board activities and oversee macro‑trend monitoring, strategic planning, and timely deployment of solutions, accounts, and capital.
Go‑to‑Market & ‘Big Bet’ Activation: support GtM and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of the GtM strategy and execute sector big bets and alliance initiatives; oversee capital allocation aligned with the Sector strategy.
Brand & Market Reputation: partner with BMC and Insights to build the sector’s market reputation, including analyst relations and external partnerships to support EY’s strategic positioning.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Work through high levels of stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, conflict, and abstract concepts.
Identify innovative alternatives, digging into issues to surface core pain points.
Create and drive a project plan, and direct action with tact and diplomacy.
Drive a program of work from start to finish.
Shift easily between abstract strategic discussions and operational detail.
Build trusted relationships and collaborate across dimensions of a matrix organization.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
10+ years of current experience with EY or a global professional services firm.
Flexibility to work extended hours to accommodate clients in varying time zones.
What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package: base salary range for the US
$135,300 to $260,400
(adjusted for region). Total Rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off options.
Hybrid model: most client‑serving roles work together in person 40‑60% of the time.
