Service Advisor
Clay Cooley Auto Group is actively hiring knowledgeable and experienced Service Advisors to assist customers with vehicle service maintenance scheduling and repair order management for our busy Service Department.

Responsibilities
Advise and explain costs of vehicle maintenance and repairs to service customers, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Manage and update customer vehicle records, create invoices, process payments, and validate warranty information.
Promote additional services and products; meet sales generation objectives and contribute to the department’s revenue goals.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians, preparing repair orders with problem descriptions, required repairs, and cost estimates.
Verify customer insurance and arrange loaner vehicles, collaborating with the Rental Agent for transportation during service.
Provide progress reports to customers throughout the service process, communicating timelines.
Prerequisites
Onboarding completed within days of applying.
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods (up to 5 hours).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
