Responsibilities
Advise and explain costs of vehicle maintenance and repairs; address inquiries and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Manage and update customer vehicle records, create invoices, process payments, and verify warranty information.
Promote additional services and products to meet sales generation objectives and contribute to department revenue goals.
Schedule service appointments, coordinate with technicians, and prepare repair orders with problem descriptions, required repairs, and cost estimates.
Verify customer auto insurance and arrange loaner vehicles when necessary; collaborate with the Rental Agent for alternative transportation.
Provide progress reports to customers throughout the service process and maintain communication about timelines.
Prerequisites
Flexible schedule
Sales experience and knowledge of the automotive industry
Basic computer operating knowledge
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
Capability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with employees, managers, and customers.
