Contract Logistics 1st Shift Picker/Packer Join Kuehne+Nagel as a Contract Logistics 1st Shift Picker/Packer. In this role you will manage end‑to‑end warehousing operations for our customers, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting, screening and other duties to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

You will work Monday – Friday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm and be paid weekly at $19.20 per hour.

Essential Duties and Functions

Comfortable with counting, sorting, and handling small to large parts

Ability to operate tools for the role such as RF Scanner and Hip Printer

Picking priority orders such as Aircraft on Ground, Transfer of Asset, Panics and Current date orders

Ensure stored location inventory and outbound deliveries are accurate and free of damage

Effectively understand and mark Delivery note tickets by pick type to support accurate shipments

Ability to palletize and shrink‑wrap

Comfortable with walking and standing up to 8 hours per day during processing hours

May be required to stack pallets and repeatedly lift up to (50) pounds

Effectively work from pick tickets to pull product or supplies

Validate orders against Delivery notes by validating part and option numbers

If/when applicable, ‘bonded’ cargo must be processed and handled accordingly, based on existing guidelines for this type of shipment

Deliver a high level of service to customers through accurate order picking

Assist in other departments on a business need basis

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimum Education: High School, High School Equivalent or Technical degree

Proven basic math skills at the high school level

Computer skills

SAP and MS (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) experience is preferred, but not required

Must be a US citizen
