This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site activities, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination. Manage project schedules, budgets, and compliance with local codes. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address risks. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to review and adjust project plans. Implement safety and quality guidelines, including daily site walks and weekly tailgate meetings. Oversee documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and reports. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an Assistant PM, PM, Sr. PM, or in a similar role. Proficiency in construction software (e.g., ProCore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project). Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and construction best practices. Additional Information: Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 annually.
