Position Overview: EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager to join our National Tax Office. The ideal candidate thrives in a growing environment and provides exceptional client services. The role offers training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement and growth.
Responsibilities:
Research and analyze federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters
Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
Draft emails and memos
Draft firm-wide alerts on federal income tax developments
Assist with federal income tax training sessions
Support federal domestic tax due diligence in M&A transactions
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, accounting firm, or IRS preferred)
J.D. and Tax LL.M. degrees
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations
Strong analytical and writing skills
Proficiency with tax research databases (e.g., Bloomberg BNA, RIA Checkpoint)

Salary Range: In Minnesota and Illinois: $110,000 - $170,000. In other locations, the range varies by market and experience.
Preferred Location: New York, NY. For NYC and California, the expected salary range is $85,000 - $150,000, with actual compensation based on experience and other factors.
