Shared Services: IS App Technical Services (Full-Time, Day Shift) - Job Summary:

The Programmer Analyst Sr is responsible for designing, implementing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions across our enterprise application portfolio. This role leads workflow-related issue resolution, designs, builds, and tests interfaces between disparate systems, and supports production solutions. The Integrated Data Delivery Sr. Engineer defines and documents requirements using structured analysis methods and facilitates data analysis and design training sessions as needed. The position requires strong technical leadership, effective communication skills, and the ability to deliver technical solutions to business problems. It involves interaction within the IT department, with Business Analysts, SMEs, and leaders. The role demands extensive knowledge of the system development life cycle, database management, and experience with tools such as Cloverleaf, WebLogic, Apache, Tuxedo, and other integration engines. Web development skills including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and XSL are also required. Proven experience with HL7 and other IEE/integration standards, as well as multiple software products, languages, and databases like Sun Products, Cloverleaf, Quovodax, Neon, etc., is essential. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required; experience may substitute for education. A minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in healthcare, is required. Experience with interface engine development tools such as Cloverleaf, Mirth, Rhapsody, or others is preferred. Knowledge of scripting languages like TCL, JavaScript, AIX, or Unix scripting is advantageous. Experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7, JSON, XML, CCDA, and data interchange is preferred. Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of application development, SQL-based databases, and SQL query writing is preferred. Understanding of business procedures and practices, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, is essential. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English professionally, and using necessary software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), is required. Skills in project planning, milestone tracking, and team collaboration using tools like MS Project and Access are important. The ability to communicate effectively, work under pressure, lead and collaborate, and support department and vendor relationships is necessary. Excellent analytical, documentation, and organizational skills are required, along with critical thinking, independence, and attention to detail. Ability to distinguish colors, hear, and see sufficiently for the role is also necessary. Licensures and Certifications:

Completion of Loma Linda University (LLUH) Proficiency within the designated application(s) and/or module(s) is required within the initial 90-day probation period or as agreed. Other system certifications may be required and will be discussed during hiring.
