Synthetic Chemistry Specialist

BS/MS in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field. Key Responsibilities

Conduct chemical synthesis procedures including specialized reactions (acylation chemistry, polyether modifications, separation techniques). Prepare and qualify surfactant formulations and other chemical reagents. Perform quality control testing using both chemical and biological analysis methods. Document all processes meticulously in accordance with ISO standards. Contribute to the development and refinement of production protocols and work instructions. Monitor and record production metrics, test results, and inventory levels. Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation. Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in organic synthesis techniques. Knowledge of emulsion chemistry fundamentals and applications. Familiarity with PCR methodology and related biological applications. Proficiency with laboratory equipment including analytical instruments (pH/conductivity meters, spectrophotometric tools, chromatography systems). Competence with standard office software (spreadsheets, document processing). Experience with enterprise resource planning and quality assurance systems (preferred). Skilled in both manual and automated liquid handling techniques. Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in chemistry, organic chemistry, or biochemistry with 1-2 years of practical laboratory experience, preferably in a life science setting.
