Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NTA Project Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to support the end-to-end New Technology Assessment (NTA) process. This role ensures operational efficiency, data accuracy, SLA/OLA compliance, and timely resolution of issues. The analyst will collaborate with architects, governance teams, sourcing, and other stakeholders to ensure NTAs are completed accurately and on time, prior to contract execution. Key Responsibilities NTA Assignment & Tracking Monitor and correct NTAs assigned to incorrect architects. Reassign NTAs by identifying the appropriate architect. Track unassigned Due Diligence tasks and follow up to ensure assignment. Monitor SLA/OLA compliance using ServiceNow. Escalate unresolved SLA/OLA breaches to stakeholders or the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and ensure timely follow-up. Operational Reporting & Feedback
Provide monthly NTA Summary Reports to senior leadership, including metrics on NTAs created and completed. Support Power BI dashboard initiatives in collaboration with analytics teams. Document and communicate feedback to NTA Operations and Architecture Governance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Process Support & Governance
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in NTA request details. Provide guidance throughout the NTA lifecycle. Ensure GS&P engagement post-Architecture Triage and include sourcing results in NTA requests. Document Risk Findings in NTA Summary Reports. Escalate NTA-related issues to appropriate governance teams. Stakeholder Engagement
Participate in Contract Approval Team (CAT) meetings to support NTA requirements. Ensure NTAs are completed prior to contract signing. Collaborate on defining standard operational reports and feedback mechanisms. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–5 years of experience as a Project Analyst or in a similar role. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools (training provided if needed). Experience with technology assessment processes. Understanding of SLA/OLA frameworks and escalation protocols. Exposure to Jira or similar workflow management tools.
