Responsibilities

Contract Administration:

Manage reporting obligations, document control, review submittals, draft correspondence, attend meetings, assist mobilization, review bids, handle closeout documentation, and manage change requests.

Cost and Productivity Management:

Monitor budgets, update job costs, review daily reports, produce productivity reports, and assist in developing work plans.

Scheduling:

Ensure timely procurement, develop and update schedules, create detailed look-ahead schedules, and incorporate changes.

Relationships:

Build trust with clients, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Safety and Environmental:

Conduct safety observations, develop safety plans, and assist with environmental compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or related field.

10-15 years of scheduling experience.

Proficiency in computer skills, mathematics, communication, and technical writing.

Understanding of engineering or construction principles.

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of cost forecasting and resource planning.

Compliance with applicable laws, codes, and policies.
