Sales Director DACH based in Germany

Our client is looking for a dynamic, curious, motivated, resilient and self-starting Sales Director to run and drive new business within the ISP/CSP market across the DACH region. You will work with and drive our existing DACH team to support current customers whilst targeting new prospects in the region. You will be delivering a compelling and proven value proposition based on a market-leading Software Defined Access solution, residential and business WIFI as well as Cloud-based business management and customer acquisition solutions.
In coordination with the strategy laid out by the regional sales leadership team, you be an instrumental part member of the international team. Your focus will be to build and execute the DACH sales strategy to enhance penetration by securing business with winning greenfield operators and extending the solution portfolio in existing accounts.
What the ideal Candidates will look like! Minimum 5+ years of quota-carrying value-based technology sales and market development experience
In-depth understanding of Communications Service Provider (CSP) business across the DACH region
Proven track record of developing and closing new sales
Track record of sales over achievement
Great communication skills, comfortable dealing at all levels within customers
Highly motivated, energetic, and resilient with a winning mindset
Team player, cooperative, collaborative, and experienced in driving and guiding virtual teams
Experience selling Cloud, Software, Systems, and Services – total solutions
Expert at winning new logos
Bachelor or University Degree strongly preferred
Fluent in German and English
Comfortable with traveling as needed across the region
