What you will lead

Advocate for clients in trust and probate disputes, managing cases from intake through resolution.

Draft persuasive pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements.

Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.

Partner closely with clients, experts, and colleagues to create effective case strategies.

Contribute to the firm’s continued success by collaborating with leadership and mentoring junior team members.

What you bring

A passion for trusts and probate litigation and a strong commitment to client service.

Courtroom experience, including drafting and arguing motions and handling contested matters.

Strong skills in managing discovery and depositions.

California State Bar membership in good standing.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented culture.

Compensation and benefits This role offers an annual salary of up to $225,000, depending on experience, plus performance‑based bonus opportunities.
