Deluxe, a data and payments industry leader, is seeking a dynamic Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to join our HRIS team. You’ll be the go‑to expert for Workday with a focus in Talent Acquisition and/or Payroll. You’ll lead key initiatives, optimise processes, and drive system enhancements that directly support our business goals. This role demonstrates deep expertise in Workday, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and thrives in a collaborative work environment. It is crucial in ensuring the effective utilisation and continuous improvement of our HRIS systems to support our organisation’s strategic goals.
Job Functions
Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS
Lead efforts to evaluate, test, and implement system upgrades, new features, and functionality within Workday
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HRIS with other business systems
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless transitions
Analyse current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement by leveraging Workday capabilities
Monitor system security and data privacy measures to safeguard sensitive information
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within Workday
Develop and generate comprehensive reports and analytics to support decision‑making
Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years specialising in Workday or HS/GED and 7 years overall
Has led system implementations and/or upgrades
In‑depth knowledge of Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and security
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years specialising in Workday
Workday experience with 3 or more modules
Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non‑technical users
Compensation The compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
