Team Physician - Associate Medical Director Responsibilities Partner with the interdisciplinary care team and lead in Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings to develop comprehensive care plans, anticipate patient needs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in in-person and virtual patient visits as appropriate, documenting all visits to ensure patients have access to their benefits. Join a Call Coverage Rotation to address unanticipated needs during IDGs and assist with newly admitted patients. Lead learning initiatives related to end-of-life care within the care team and community, exemplifying the role of a part of a cohesive Care Team. Qualifications
