What You Need to Know
Team Physician - Associate Medical Director Responsibilities The Team Physician - Associate Medical Director partners with the interdisciplinary care team and leads in Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings to develop care plans, anticipate patient needs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Participates in in-person and virtual visits to enhance patient experience, with documentation to ensure access to benefits. Participates in a Call Coverage Rotation to address unanticipated needs and serve newly admitted patients. Leads learning initiatives on end-of-life issues as part of the Care Team, embodying team leadership and community engagement.
Qualifications
Team Physician Qualifications: Maintains an active license and DEA registration in the state where care is provided. Seasons Medical Group
