Offer based on years of experience What You Need to Know Team Physician - Associate Medical Director Responsibilities
The Team Physician - Associate Medical Director will partner with the interdisciplinary care team and lead in Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings to develop care plans, anticipate patient needs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participating in both in-person and virtual visits is required to focus on each patient's experience. Proper documentation of visits is essential to ensure all patients access their benefits. The role includes participation in a Call Coverage Rotation to address unanticipated needs and serve newly admitted patients. As part of the team, the Hospice Team Physician will exemplify team collaboration and lead educational initiatives with the interdisciplinary team and community on end-of-life issues.
Qualifications
Team Physician Qualifications: Must maintain an active license and DEA registration in the state where care is provided. Experience with Seasons Medical Group is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
