Senior Kinaxis Specialist - Supply Chain Planning Candidates currently residing anywhere in the USA close to an Eaton location will be considered. Preferred locations include Beachwood, Ohio; Galesburg, MI; Raleigh, NC; Moon Township, PA; Houston, TX; and Menomonee Falls, WI.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $123,750.00 – $181,500.00.

What You’ll Do

Design, model, configure, and implement functional software and process solutions to meet desired business requirements for Kinaxis/RapidResponse solution deployment and sustenance. Analyze business processes and systems, recommend improvements, and participate in implementations at an expert level. Develop, demonstrate, train, and drive regional or global solutions. Implement controls that are fully auditable and compliant with business and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

In-depth techno‑functional and business process knowledge of supply chain planning and execution, with Kinaxis/RapidResponse experience.

Support the Product Owner in decomposing epics into features and user stories.

Support estimation of epics, features, technical enablers, and user stories.

Ensure readiness of user stories for the Agile team per definition of ready criteria (DoR).

Provide Level 3 product support as needed.

Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.

Manage requirements scope and disposition through process compliance, gap analysis, integration testing, and user acceptance methodology.

Partner with global decision makers and business process owners on system requirements, processes, and systems.

Manage requirements using global templates and guidelines, ensuring solutions benefit all users, sites, divisions, and regions.

Own the setup and governance of consolidated, worldwide target processes.

Provide knowledge and input on system implications of business process changes.

Help identify consolidated, worldwide target processes.

Deliver functional specifications and configurations in line with agreed design.

Develop and implement organizational change management plans.

Apply Eaton’s product methodology and governance processes to change control, system development life cycle, and regression testing.

Work with governance teams to ensure solutions are in line with global standards.

Participate in business process improvement committees as needed.

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, evaluating information from multiple sources and reconciling conflicts.

Apply governance processes to change control, system development life cycle, and regression testing, delivering necessary regression tests.

Support end‑to‑end processes and understand system touch points.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior level leaders globally.

Explain complex system issues and decisions using common business language.

Basic Qualifications (required)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum seven years in ERP supply chain modules, MFGPro, SAP ECC, SAP S/4, Oracle R12.x, or Mapics.

Minimum three years of Kinaxis experience with hands‑on integration/admin exposure.

All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of any Eaton location in the United States; relocation is not offered.

Position requires ITAR‑subject access; applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Kinaxis/RapidResponse or Kinaxis Author Level II / Kinaxis Analytics Level II certification.

Strong knowledge in supply chain planning and execution across full‑life‑cycle projects.

Knowledge of functional and technical capabilities, including core programming and databases.

Understanding of lean agile principles and practices.

Skills

Customer and stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of IT and business teams.
