Key Responsibilities
Provide business intelligence, detailed metrics and evaluation of partner KPIs; turn data into key insight supporting the definition and implementation of our partnering strategy
Supervise the creation of governance mechanisms to ensure existing programs are executed as intended
Provide support to the Head of Channels in the preparation of internal and external meetings with a view to establish a coherent and well‑substantiated message based on precise data
Be the point person for ensuring partner enablement, provide a level of governance and templates to aid in execution in a consistent manner
Create structure and process for the Head of Channels to improve visibility and accountability with their direct reports
Assist the head of Americas channels in preparing for various internal and external meetings to ensure a consistent narrative backed with accurate data
Building and maintaining playbooks and other FAQs for various internal and external channel stakeholders (internal teams, sales resources, partner /distributors)
Support and drive continuous improvement and opportunities for growth through data analysis
Lead and partner on special projects for the Head of Channels
Maintain and foster a close partnership with the SSO team, BA, Finance and Partner Alliance
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Channel Sales Operations role within a high‑growth technology company
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, or prior work experience in one or more of these disciplines
Proven success in project coordination and reporting
Ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and control
Ability to work independently and deliver results with little supervision
Detail and results‑oriented; driven and self‑motivated with strong initiative
Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
Experience defining and implementing KPIs and measurement systems to evaluate channel sales profitability and productivity
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint to drive reporting and analysis is a must
Proven ability to drive execution of programs through regular reviews of key performance metrics and enablement activities
Some travel will be required
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future

The wage range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors in determining your pay. We'll consider your location, experience, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The wage disclosure has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which this position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current base wage range for this role is $205,000–$225,000. In addition to the base compensation, certain roles are eligible for additional compensation, including an annual bonus or sales incentive based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. Benefits/perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Check Point Software Technologies and the country/state where you work.
