Location: San Diego, CA Full time Intrinsic First is looking for a Senior ILS Analyst to provide acquisition logistics support to NAVWAR with a focus on provisioning. Description

The ILS Analyst provides provisioning and other acquisition logistics support for NAVWAR C4I programs of record. Roles and Responsibilities

Provide ILS and logistics management support for meetings, program reviews, working groups, and data calls. Complete provisioning activities for C4I programs including updates and maintenance using Haystack and other DoD databases. Support development and updates of various ILS documents including User's Logistics Support Summary (ULSS), Life Cycle Support Plan (LCSP), Demand Forecasting with supporting documentation, Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM), obsolescence management, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material shortages (DMSMS). Prepare Configuration Overhaul Planning records (COP) on Configuration Data Manager Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA). Attend the Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Fleet Project Team (FPT) reviews, Training Summits, Program Reviews, and other program-related meetings. Support the PMW 760 Integration Platform Managers (IPMs) and Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APM-L) in resolving issues related to New Construction ILS products and deliverables. Track SCN ILS products/Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to ensure products are delivered in accordance with C4I product providers' Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and New Construction (NEWCON) Checklists. Education

Bachelor's degree or 6 years of additional relevant experience. Master's degree or 4 years of additional relevant experience. Experience

10 years experience in logistics or related positions. Experience with developing budgets and operating plans for programs. Logistics experience with Navy acquisition programs or related experience with DoD agencies. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of Ship Construction Navy (SCN). Knowledge with Configuration Data Managers Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA). Knowledge of Haystack, JETDAS, TDMIS, and SAILOR databases. Knowledge of Provisioning Databases. Ability to identify and analyze issues and interpret data. Strong organization skills to maintain the flow of work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. Ability to establish priorities and respond to issues or situations to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills working with people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to complete projects with high attention to detail and accuracy to avoid any potential error.
