Proven Experience : 5+ years of project management experience in IT, data centers, or infrastructure projects. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with data center operations, structured cabling, and IT hardware (servers, storage, networking). Project Management Skills : Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certification : PMP, ITIL, or similar project management certification is a plus. Travel Requirement : This role involves frequent travel, both domestically and occasionally internationally, based on project needs. Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Projects : Plan, execute, and close data center and IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate Teams : Work closely with nesevo teams and clients to coordinate structured cabling, hardware installation, testing, and commissioning. Customer Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management : Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise during the project. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed project documentation, including status updates and post-project reviews. Quality Assurance : Ensure all work meets industry standards and nesevos high-quality benchmarks. What we offer
