Join our Global Talent Acquisition team as our new Talent Sourcing Specialist and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. Your new role As our Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of our Global Talent Sourcing team. Working within Ramboll’s Global Talent Acquisition organization, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering creative recruiting strategies for complex roles across multiple business areas and geographies within Ramboll. You will proactively source talent for roles at all levels across various channels to reduce reliance on external staffing agencies. You will also provide expertise on labor market data, recruiting trends, competitor analysis, and target geographies for specific talent areas. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in a global and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition community. Your key responsibilities will be: Leverage various sourcing channels and methods to source candidates for targeted job requisitions and proactively build and maintain pipelines of qualified and diverse talent. Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, potential fit for current and future roles, and cultural fit with Ramboll. Partner and collaborate with local recruitment teams, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to understand current and future business needs and role-specific requirements. Generate innovative ideas, leverage resources, and share information to develop effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with Ramboll’s Global Talent Sourcing community. Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, targeting competitive companies, and passive recruiting techniques to enhance relationships and maintain Ramboll’s presence in the market, ensuring a high level of candidate experience. About you B.S. degree and 2+ years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and strong relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and knowledge of social media and other recruitment tools and systems. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple job openings under tight deadlines. Previous recruitment experience within environmental engineering/consulting, energy, water, architecture, and/or construction industries is strongly preferred. This role is likely to have an annual base salary between $72,167 and $90,209. Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
