Qualifications
Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and an unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling
Full-time opportunity. Home call is evenly divided among the team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general, orthopedic, eyes, podiatry, urology, OB/GYN, and minimal peds. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

Laurium is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and it’s known for its Victorian and 20th-century architecture and historic sites. The town offers plenty of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, and days at the beautiful beaches of Lake Superior.

Rewards And Benefits
Compensation: Guaranteed salary ranging from $297,000 (W2) to $330,000 (1099), $8,000 quality bonus. $12,000 per year chief stipend $40,000 commencement bonus for a 2-year commitment Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability coverage. 401k with matching contributions. Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage. Generous thirteen weeks of paid time off annually. Annual CME allowance. Relocation available
